Can you swap a 1991 mitsubishi 3000gt sl engine into a 1993 body?

I have a 1991 mitsubishi 3000gt sl and wanted to swap it into a 1993 body, but the sensors are in different spots. On the 1991 the crank sensor and the cam sensor are one unit behind heads, on the 1993 the crank sensor is by the crank and the cam sensor in to the left of the cam. Is there a way to bypass them for it to work?

i have a 1990 eclipse and recently put a new motor in it. everything is hooked up right and the timimg is dead on and im am getting fuel and spark and plenty of compresion but it just turns over and will not fire.

Is there anyway for me to get the code for my 2000 Mitisubishi Galant without taking the radio out? Thank you

I do not have a code and the dealer can not help me. He said I'd have to take the radio out and get the serial # of the radio before he could give any information.

My service engine soon light came on, i took it to mitsubishi and the scanned it and the result was that the O2 sensor is inactive. They reprogramed the PCM according to some Techl service bulletin. on my way home, it came back again.

1. On a 2006 mitsubishi outlander, how many O2 sensor are there?
2. how much would it cost to replace that sensor
3. how critical to have that sensor.

I have a mits Galant 2001 model car. Couple of weeks back the car started giving a big jerk while shifting the gear to reverse (only reverse gear). I have contacted service center and they have asked me to replace all the 4 engine mounts. I spent 900$ and changed it. But still the problem persists.
Can someone help me to find out the reason?

'04 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Sensors on the back door/latch don't work when it's freezing outside. Any suggestions?

If we open the back of our 2004 Endeavor it won't close again if it is below freezing outside. We have tried blow drying and warm water. IF we manage to get one (door or window) closed, then the other will not close.

Do you have to use high octane fuels for all Mitsubishi Endeavors?

this morning when I pressed on the brakes the hydrolic (hydrogen accumulator) started making a noise, I bought the accumulator, I just need to know if there are special steps I should take while installing it

Have 1991 3000 VR4 (57500 miles one owner). Looks good runs good but dealer saying the front end exhaust beginning to blow. Misubishi saying cost could exceed $2K?? Tried E-Bay but there are only non-turbo types available? Also the AC LED indicator/instrument acted like 'firework display' before going blank - ideas on fixing?

The dealer claims that all cars will have this spots, he calls it "environmental dust", and you will notice more on white/grey color cars. He tried to clean it with a white liquid and the spots came off. Will this process not remove a layer of the color? I am sure next year will be the same.Is it better to do nothing???

1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL non-turbo with 101,000. Excellent repair and service history records all from Firestone Auto Center over the past 50k and now a second spark plug has blown out this year and after less than 9k miles since the complete spark plug and wire replacement job? Why would this happen if properly maintained once let alone twice and after the recent complete annual auto inspection over a month ago?

I've changed the spark plugs and air filter. 1 spark plug wire has minor damage. It has been smashed in between the valve cover and the hood of the car. Could this cause damage or could this cause the mis-firing or cause some type of shorting out?

My 2004 Lancer has had a problem whenever its idling, the RPM revs up on its own up to 4000 usually when I am stuck in traffic and do not go past the first gear. It starts to rev and doesn't go back down, if I were to let go of the brake it feels like it will go on its own without touching the gas. I normally have to get out of the traffic so I can speed up and change gears or turn off my car and wait, sometimes when I turn it off the whole car shakes. My dealership has not been able to rectify the problem so they can't fix it, the machines do not show any codes. This is a manual car and right now I have about 98000 kms on it.

I have a 95 Eclipse GS front wheel drive with ABS and am having brake problems. The pedal feels just like a clutch pedal. (goes to the floor real easy). I tried bleeding but it didn't help so I bought a new master cylinder and bench bled it and put it on and bleed out all four wheels. But it is doing the same thing. I know I'm not leaking brake fluid anywhere. When I open the bleeders on the wheels, there is no pressure with the fluid. A lot comes out but it just trickles out. Need help bad. Thanks!

We need to replace the factory tires, Bridgestone Turanza EL42 P235/65 R17. We drive in heavy snow in the winter, mostly around town driving, some highway, occasionally dirt roads. The features we like best about the factory tires are low noise, handling, and comfort. We were told we needed "special" tires for AWD, but I never heard that before.

Looking for 16 inch rims for my 2007 Mitsubishi Raider to mount snow tires on. Hard to find on aftermarket sites.

Tried using water hose to locate leak. No luck. Only floor is wet (mostly in front, but some in back, also)- almost as if coming up from bottom, but no visible holes. Seems related only to heavy rainfall. 2005 Mitsubishi Galant 4 door. Mat is soaked - most of water accumulated where the passenger's right heel (foot) would be when sitting upright.
