2006 G6 Spins out of control, what is causing that?

We recently purchased a used 2006 G6 (18,000 miles), I drove it today and it was colder out and the road was slightly snow covered, I carefully made my right hand turn and the car just spun out of control. They only way I could get it to stop was it hit the curb. Happened again this evening on the expressway as I was on a slight curve, the vehicle turned 180 degress. I am afraid to drive the car, can anyone tell me what it could be?

If the CD did not come with my car maybe it was a promo CD that I received before I bought it. I emailed my question to mygmlink.com. A rep called and said he was not familiar with the CD.

91 Pontiac Firebird won't start

My '91 Pontiac Trans AM GTA will not start. When I turn the key, the engine does nothing, as if the battery were dead or the clutch pedal wasn't depressed.

Initially, the security light on the dash was on constantly. Since the light normally goes off after turning the key, I thought the problem may be with the ignition (this model has a security feature on the ignition key.) A few weeks ago I had an on-call ignition/locksmith tech come out; he hooked up a box that bypassed the ignition, but the car still didn't try to start. (I asked what I owed him, he said he doesn't have a service call charge, but I still tipped him for coming out.) However, after he left, I discovered that the battery was nearly dead and didn't have enough power to put the power windows back up, so the test couldn't have been accurate because the engine wouldn't have started anyway.

The starter and alternator tested fine. The battery had to be replaced (now has Autocraft Titanium, CCA: 700.) Since reinstalling the starter and alternator, the security light on the dash does not come on at all. (Perhaps the bulb burned out?) I also tried a new clutch/start switch. Still nothing. I called the ignition guy again today to see about retesting with the new battery, but now he wants to charge $50 just to come out. I figured I'd seek some input online before spending more money.

My low beam headlight on the driver side stopped working so I replaced the bulb which didn't work (the original bulb looked fine) I checked my fuses, they're all fine. when I didn't have my lights on the low beam that works flashes and the car clicks as if I have my turn signal on.

When it rains there is a leak on the driver side that seems to come out of the space where the plastic molding is on the side. It causes water to come in and soak the carpet all the way to the back seat. I am scared to seal that off somehow I don't want the water to come out somewhere else then. I am at my witts end!!

I have under 28000 miles on it-purchase new in May 2006 and in past six months have have left and right hubs & bearings replaced. It has been in 4 times for this issue. Dealership told me to avoid potholes & rough roads. I drive primarily on blacktop and have never neen "offroad." Also have had ignition replaced twice in past 6 months. Do I have a lemon? What do I do? Pontiac won't do anything and dealer hasn't offered any
suggestions. Their attitude seems to be that it's me at fault.

I have a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire which has 36583 miles.
I have same trouble again and again. When air conditioning is on, the engine rotation changes 520 rpm to 700 rpm up and down in 0.5 sec interval. First time (2 years ago), the car was repaired by GM dealer. They cleaned inlet area and changed electric wire. Last year, I had same problem. The car was repaired by GM dealer to clean inlet system again. The up and down of engine rotation changed very small (not 0). This year, there is same problem now. Could you advise how to repair for our GM dealer?
Hi Patrick, Thanks for your help. I put new fluid in after cleaning around the master cyl and the ABS. Fluid is leaking out quickly when the car is on and we pump the brakes to try and increase presure in the system. I have not gotten the car up on ramps that will be later this am. The leak is not at the wheels but appears to be in a front connector or a line. If I can get this repaired can you give me advice on bleeding the line? I really appreciate your help!

Anyone having trouble with their 2006 Pontiac G6 cam-shaft?

My 2006 Pontiac G6 is making a jolting motion when taking off from a start. The engine light comes on after driving for an hour or more. Have taken it in to be checked and light indicated in the cam-shaft area. Car works ok for a while after light is reset, then starts jolting again. Also, there is a thud sound when I make a turn. Would appreciate anyone with knowledge on these vehicles or if have had the same type of troubles.
Thanks
