Fuse/ Relay Block & Horn 1988 Honda Civic DX 1.5L sedan

Thank you for your prompt response. I did check the fuse box under the dash near my left knee. I pulled each and every fuse just because there was no marking for horn fuse. And by appearence they were all good. And I did it one at a time. Don't laugh, but where behind the grille is the horn located. Would it be closer to the battery side which is the passenger side in this car or to the right, drivers side. Does it sit high towards the top of the grille or lower near the bottom of the radiator? Thanks you very much, Ben.

This happened once before, but had the dealer fix it along with a couple of other items.

I can replace the relay, but do not know which one it is. The relay under the hood for HVAC blower was switched with a similar one, still no high blower.

Yesterday I did not have any blower at all. Today is -4, but somehow it decided to work! again no high,

What relay and where?

I just bought a 1990F 150 and the wipers don't work. Will a fuse solve this, or do i need a motor replacement?

The truck is a 1990, F 150, Lariat XLT, 4wd, with 300-6. It has set idle for a while. While replacing fuses, the horn began to work (fuse did not appear to be blown). I was wondering if there was a chance a fuse would cause the wiper motor to work, or if i need to replace the wiper motor itself. A novice at repairs, but always seeking knowledge on self-repairables. I'm not certain what other motors are inter-changeable, or if this is a 2 prong or 1 prong motor. Prefer to receive input before having to hire work done (if necessary).

firstly thanks for the advise you sent me, hope its not going to be that,

having several problems, interior lights, boot light, glove box light, central locking, electric windows, all not working, found that fuse no 6 had blown replaced it and things worked for 2 mins again but soon packed in, and dont know whether my fuses are the correct size in the fuse box

my boyfriend has been fitting new speakers today in the rear and then removed the front passenger door and drilled out the rivets on the front speaker saw that it was a block type fitting with 4 wires to connect the front speaker, realised they wouldn't fit the 2 connectors on the speaker so as rivets had been drilled and speaker removed just put the door panel back on minus the speaker being in situ, since this the fuse has blown and everything mentioned has stopped working, he has been operating the radio could this be the cause and if so do you have any suggestions apart from throttle him please, many thanks

I just purchased this van from an at risk childrens home and thought maybe they had all the ports diabled so kids couldn't cause shorts/shock. I checked the fuse under the steering columm and it appears good. I really need these power ports for cell phone and DVD player for grandchildren. Got any idea's? Thanks
