Have an 06 SE 2.7 that has a hard shift and is popping in the front end when turning. Anybody have any suggestions?

the car has less than 36000 miles on it and it just starting shifting hard and the tranny light is coming on, also the front end pops when making a right or left hand turn

Have a 94 Dodge Ram 2500. Why do I have to get it up to 60 km per hour before it will shift. Can you help? Thanks.

purchased 2001 ram 2500 drove appx 300 miles has 73000 miles
shifter one day would not engage to the park position
could be forced but when in locked position only lights illuminate on dash truck starter didn't engage
truck came with aftermarket warranty service
took to two shops, both disconnected rod linkage, stated parking sprag rod
not functioning in transmission
warranty co not covering, stating it is not a lubricated part
is this TRUE?

My car has had the transmission fluid and filter changed. When I am stopped, the car lurches forward like someone hit me. This doesn't happen all the time. This can sometimes happen in reverse also. Any suggestions ? It is at the dealer for the third time

i have a 91 honda accord and it has 288,000 miles on it and i dont think the trans fluid has ever been changed

if i change it will it harm my trans, because i heard a story about a guy who had a truck and had never changed his trans fluid before and his truck had high milage and when he changed it it tore the trans up and he had to have it rebuilt is this true and can it happen

1996 chrysler with 2.5 auto with 109k, only under fast acceleration front shakes, but if you accelertate gently its fine ??? car runs strong accept for this problem

On a Turbo 400 transmission, does the upper cooling line go to the passenger side or driver's side of the lower radiator tank?

turbo 400 trans has an upper and lower cooling line-- which one goes to the drivers side and which one goes to the passenger side of the radiator lower tank or doesn't it matter.

After using low 4WD, transmission shifter is in neutral when it says P, in drive when it says R etc. No park or reverse.

1999 RAV4 4dr 4wd 2.0 lit engine and auto trans have replaced the VSS with no help have scoped both sensors and the almost line up exactly with no glitches to be seen! I'm at a loss cant find any info on this code anywhere and no diagrams that are correct so that isn't any help! I'm in need of a wiring diagram at the ecm or its connector cause my diagram from Alldata is incorrect so i can ck wires from pcm to rear speed sensor!

I'm just lost on this one, there is no info on IATN which I'm a sponsor of so I'm really lost! help! any info would be greatly appreciated

I have a 2000 Subaru Outback and lately the automatic transmission has been taking anywhere from 1 to 2 seconds to several seconds to engage once I put it in drive (no problem with reverse). This only happens after it has been parked for a while. The transmission works perfectly otherwise. I have been told the problem is inside the transmission, and that it is outside the transmission. Any ideas what's going on?

I have a 1996 Sabre lawn tractor sold by Sears in 96. John Deere was the company that made this unit. I'm having trouble with the hydrostatic transmission, " slipping and not pulling correctly" replacement is to expensive "$800.00" and I am looking for a fix that will give me some more hours before I am forced to replace the tractor. My mother-in-law has a 97 subaru. The last time she went to drive it she had trouble going from PARK to REVERSE. Once she got it into reverse and backed out of the driveway, she couldn't get it into DRIVE. She got rough on the gear shift and finally got it into drive and just pulled it back down the driveway. Now I can't get the engine to turn over. The gear shift will only move to NEUTRAL if I use a screwdriver and manually depress the safety switch. Any suggestions to why it won't turn over? Why it won't shift between all the gears? Car has 117K

Today while driving my truck into town I noticed a sudden decline in power.The truck made it ok but while driving slowly in a parking lot I could hear a mettalic grinding noise.After reading my manual I am pretty sure the problem is a u-joint.However I want some advise as to weather or not the problem could be my rear differential.

Can hear and feel clicking in front end when put in 4H/4L , and when trying to back up it seems like the front tires lock up and when they do release a little there is a click. I just had a reman tranny installed last year and it blew up internally after 1 week out of warranty the company sent a another one and to me it has been in for three months and 3000 miles now when i go in reverse at light throttle there is no problem but when i reverse with medium to heavy throttle the tranny shudders like you are in sand or snow with tires hopping with it in 2 or 4wd. any ideas what it could be the company is more than likely not going to warranty this tranny since is past the original warranty also noticed tranny fluid around the pan bolts. it works great in forward gears. thanks for any help. also noticed when it is cold reverse works fine when the tranny warms up is when you feel the shudder almost like the reverse is engaging and disengaging

I just rebuilt my first transmission and it shifts into all gears except third. The linkage is working so I assume its in the valve body. Could there be a Problem with the 2-3 shift valve or the check ball? Since this is my first rebuild I am not sure what all the parts do. Any suggestion would be appreciated before I have to take the entire thing apart again.

Can you replace only the inner parts of a transmission mount or is it only one piece? I need to know asap.

I had a guy replace 2 mounts one engine mount and one transmission mount. now i have two shops telling me that only the front motor mount was replaced. he says thats because he only replaced the inner parts and it was still the same case. is that even possible?

my truck shakes when i accelerate. it stops whenever i keep a constant speed but if i speed up or go up a hill it starts shaking again. for instance if i'm going 65 mph, and the speed drops or is if i speed up a little it starts jerking. i've noticed it shakes the worst between 55 and 70 mph. any ideas?

My 90 Chevy 4x4 automatic transmission will shift good at first then it slips and then goes to low gear and won't shift again.
