2006 Cadillac DTS needs 4 new tires. Need All Seasons and prefer rating over 400.

The OE tires were Continental Touring Contact AS. Tread wear was poor. I'd like a good all seasons tire for upstate NY winter driving but also smooth ride and quality performance. Does such a tire exist in the $150 - $225 range?

When I go over bump I hear a noise at the passenger rear wheel on 2006 Cadillac DTS. It sounds like something is loose.

The shop has checked everything. I even changed the caliper bracket but the noise is it there. Like I said it sound like something is loose.

My climate control is not working on my 2002 Cadillac DeVille. Air only comes out of the front and side defrosters.

Have a 2006 Cadillac DTS, battery has gone dead 2 times in the last 6 months. Dealer put new battery in the first time. Went dead again on aug 12 had it towed. They couldn't find anything except a loose grond. I don't think that was the answer.

The gas pedal on my 2007 Cadillac DTS moves forward and back when the left front wheel hits a bump.

My husband saw a new Cadillac DTS with Vintage emblems - he particularly likes the V shape and the crest - on the grill, the trunk, the hub caps - it was absolutely beautiful. Would anyone have a picture of such a car and I'm sure it must have been special ordered perhaps.

I have 2006 Cadillac DTS. I have small problem with the temp gauge it keep going from 1/2to 3/4, the fan kick in and it goes back to 1/2. I took it to the dealer and they told me that it was normal. Change coolant, temp sensor no change. Could some one help with problem.

My Cadillac DTS 4.6 engine on idle makesthe same noice as the Huey Helicopter. Is it normal or it misfiring? Any other person have the same problem. Could someone help.

Have 2002 DHS Cadilac that gets 28+ MPG on highway with 16" wheels. 2008 DTS with 17" wheels doesn't come close. Why?

My 2002 DHS with 16" Michelin tires gets 18 MPG around town and 28+ on hwy. Air pressure maintained at 34 PSI. 2008 DTS has 17" tires and doesn't come close to these MPGs. Why?

I have a 2000 Cadillac DHS, the dashboard is literally coming unglued started from both side underneath the windshield. I saw another 2000 with the exact same problem, any recourse. Has anyone heard of any recalls for this problem??? Any suggestions???? Yes, I've always used the sun visors.

I have a 2000 Cadillac DTS. There is a panal on the inside of the roof. It is removable. Does anyone know what it is for?

It is located in the center of the inside of the cars roof. I heard that it was wiring for a DVD player. It is kind of ugly, I may as well find out what it is used for.

Any word on Cadillac combining the DTS and STS into a new car?

Cadillac has not revised the DTS model for quite awhile and it is time to either delete the model or revise it.
I have heard that Cadillac may combine the DTS & STS into one new model with
up grades such as AWD and rear drive systems.
Has anyone any info?

Could some tell me how I could remove the headlight of a 2006 Cadillac DTS.

It has 3 screw two on top and one on the side. I remove both of them I still cannot remove the light. I want to change the parking light bulb I do not want to go to the dealer. Could someone help.

Sometime when I star my 06 Cadillac DTS and put it in gear it would shift hard. To get it back to normal and smooth shifting. I turn it off and open my door for couple of second. It would fit the problem. Any of you know what could be the wrong with it.

2007 DHS Cadillac 96k miles.1 owner, not listed as fleet. Carfax clean. Mechanics all say NO, asking $14K. Any advice?

The car's being sold by independent dealer. (think that's what you call someone who doesn't seem to have a lot.) Car is currently one of the 5 cars this guy drives. He bought from someone in S.Hampton,NY listed as private owner according to carfax. It's still under a 100,000 mile warranty, so if I bought- I'd have 4,000 miles to find any problems that may still be covered. Some owners seem to have many problems, some testimonies prove many oil leaks, head gasket problems, which I could not afford. I just can't get all this car has to offer. Will taking it to a mechanic be able to really prove it was well maintained?

What things should be replaced on a Cadillac DTS over 90,000 miles?

I will take the car I'm interested in to a mechanic to get it checked out, but wonder if I should direct him to look for certain things replced, since it's high miles. I'm under the assumption dealer I'm buying from has service papers and it was primarily serviced at Cadillac, so when I go to service department, can anyone advise on what I should make sure was replaced at 90,000 miles? The car is such a deal for the year, but I want to make sure it's gotten all it's needed to last me another 100,000 miles hopefully.

I am considering buying a Lincoln Town Car. Please tell me how effective the rear drive is in the snow vs a Cadillac's FWD.

Lincoln Town cars are rear wheel drive and Cadillac DTS model is front wheel drive. Is the rear drive as effective as the front? Does the Town car traction control make a difference in performance?

My DTS has been in the shop for 4 days with electrical problem. It loss power to the front fuse box and the dealer can not find the problem. The last thing that I head from them was that they got power for most of the thing control by that fuse box but they could not get the cooling fan to work. I need some help.

On my 2002 Cadillac DTS, the driver's seat heat function quit. Both the back and the lower heat function quit. Fuse is good.

On my 2002, DTS Cadillac, the drivers seat heater stopped working. The control buttons on the door panel turn on but the seat bottom and or seat back never heat up. I've checked the fuse for this left/front seat in the fuse block and it checks good.
