I attempted to rotate my tires. I put on the emergency brake and the rear passenger side tire will no longer turn. The emergency brake handle pops back up when I try to release it. the back passenger side tire will not turn now. I never was able to rotate the tires as the emergency brake did not allow me to remove the tire. I need to find out how to release the emergency brake so I can drive the car.
