No heat coming from Chevy Nova heater

88 nova
I have no heat: these are the things I have done: made sure water was to the fullest extent with proper mixture, changed thermostat, changed upper rad hose, slide mech. inside car for heat adj broke three times, I ended up taking the gated switch valve out of the equation, by by-passing and hooking hoses up direct, flushed out the heater core no stoppage there, other hose are in good shape, hose coming from the thermostat to the bottom of the rad is always cold I do not know why this is or if it is normal, but I am at my wits end soon I will not need this heat option but I have been freezin all winter and do not want to next

Problem with auto paint job on '73 Chevy Nova.

I have a 1973 Nova that I took to a local restoration shop to have it painted. The car was extremely straight and needed no body work. The shop owner gave me a price of $3500 to do the job and said the car would be straight and smooth when finished. When I got the car back it has a lot of paint blisters, bubbles, drip marks, and places that look like I guess you would call it chicken scratching, and there are 2 places the paint is already beginning to chip off. The car was painted 30 days ago. The shop owner has refused to do anything except wet sand one more time and said that this might improve the appearance by 10%.

My question is are there any paint experts (I live close to Nashville, TN) that you are aware of that I could pay to do a paint evaluation as I want to take this guy to court to get my money back. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Ben
