Negotiate lease end buy out on my Ford Five Hundred?

I have a 2006 Ford Five Hundred AWD Limited loaded with 37,500 miles on it. My lease is up so it will cost me $300 or so for the overage on miles but I really like the car and wanted to keep it. The residual is 16,700. Did some research and contacted Ford Leasing to see if it could be negotiated and they said that only the dealer could do that. I thought I would have to negotiate with the leasing company? Also - is it worth buying this car for 16,700? The dealer told me it's only worth 9k but I think that's low (based on my research).

The car has 32,000 miles on it. Just bought it used. When cold out it turns over but doesn't fire. After the sun is up and temp rises it sputters then fire and runs fine. I put some Lucas injector cleaner in it and was going to replace the filter but I don't know where it is. I think I have to drop the tank. any help I can get will be appreciated.

I also noticed under the Fuel cap, in the fuel tube, that there isn't a flap the cover the hole when your not fuelling. Is this a problem?

I have a 2005 Ford 500 and the exhaust valve had to be replaced. I have 38,000 miles. Is this too early for this?

My 2005 Ford 500 has had problems with cruise control the first 6 months and it was a recall. Second, I have 38000 miles and the warranty is already out. My engine light came on and stayed on. I took it to Sheehy Ford in Midlothian/Richmond, VA and the exhaust valve was replaced and cost me $485.00 I just don't believe that this valve needed to be replaced so soon. Has anyone else had this problem.
Also, they told me not to trade it in, that the car really does not have problems. Also I was ask what kind of gas and where had I bought the gas. They stated they are finding more problems with watered down gas in this area. Any info?

Help with 2005 Ford Five Hundred reduced AC performance

I have a 2005 Ford 500 and been seeing a drop in performance in my AC. The AC takes a long period to cool the car down when sitting outside, not so much in the AM period but anytime after the cool period is over and the Florida heat kicks is.

It will, however achieve some sort of comfortable temp after I am driving it for a while on the highway but it has seem to have lost it's cooling ability right after starting up. I have checked the refrigeration system level and it's at a normal level, all fans work, I can take the temperature gauge up to max temp and it will change no problem, go back to coldest (60) and warm air blows out of the system until I get going on the highway and then seems to be somewhat colder but defiantly not 60 deg cold. Any thoughts?

My 2005 Ford 500 with 51,000 miles stalled with no warning today. I could not get it restarted. After calling for a tow and waiting fot the truck for almost an hour, I tried to start it again. It did start, but within 10 seconds sounded bad and the check engine light came on. I immediately turned the engine off.

The car was brought to a mechanic and I am being told the computer is coming up with several codes related to the fuel injectors, but they will have to continue looking for the problem tomorrow.

Any clues as to what they are going to find?

The radio in my Ford Five Hundred comes on and cuts off by itself at will, usually with 3 to 10 second intervals. Anyone?

When it cuts itself on, I cannot cut it off using the power button. It will still change channels and you can scroll through the menu, but only when it decides to be on. Only when the car is off and the doors are closed will it cut off completely. No other issues with dashboard controls. Model is 2007 SEL.
