Can someone please provide me instructions on how to change the glass fog lamp lense on a 2001 Mercedes C240?

I just bought a replacement lens from MB dealer as mine got shattered by a stone on the highway. They want one hour labour to replace it. Is it a simple or very involved process where I will need to hoist the vehicle and go from underneath to remove the unit and replace with a new lens?

2002 Mercedes C240 intermittent non-start.

2002 Mercedes C240 has crazy intermittent non start. new battery .. no codes. sometimes will start, sometimes it will not. within minutes of driving, turn car off .. try to start few minutes later .. non start again. minutes later it will start. was at local shop for two days .. they could not duplicate the problem. very frustrating getting stranded. when we get a jump start, it will start right up every time. craziest issue I've ever had with a car. is it at all possible the starter is beginning to fail? any one out there ever had this problem?

I am looking to purchase Mercedes 240 or 300 diesel. What year(s) were most reliable, turbo or nonturbo? Thanks.

I am looking for a MB diesel and want to get the model year that is the most trouble-free if there is such a thing. Would be used as a daily driver for a short commute. Looking at a 240D, 300SD, and 300D. I do not know the differences between the model years to know what years to avoid that were known problem years for these specific models. Thanks for your help and guidance.
