It is a pewter metallic, p1, dual rear dvd, 19 inch wheels, voice control, running boards, ipod. It seems to be a fair deal, but I would be very appreciative of any input.

Can I replace my GL 450 front grill with GL 550 grill?

It's been a LONG time since I've been in the market to buy a car. I've been researching as much as I can about car buying, but am still unsure about what a fair price is on a CPO vehicle.

I'm looking at purchasing a CPO 2007 Mercedes GL-450 with 40,020 miles. The dealer price is $37,927. I live in Chicago and you have to add an additional 1.25% city tax. So I'm likely going to add anywhere from 8% to 8.5% in taxes.

What do you think is a fair opening offer for this vehicle? What should be my target price? At what price should I be willing to walk away?
