sounds way down on power. You should start with a compression test and see where you are at with that. Does the car idle smoothly? If not, you may have a cylinder misfiring. Any codes being read yet? Also a good idea. Autozone will do this for free.
my kia did that once it just wouldent gain power and it would be sluggish it turned out to be the hose from the air filter to my intake it was leting air bipass my o2 sensor so u can check that
