02 Ford F-150 4.2. Replaced heater core, blend door and actuator. temp cont panel. Both hoses hot. Still no heat. Help!
Heater stopped working one day and heater core leaked in cab. I replaced the heater core and still no heat. Both hoses are hot. Pulled the blend door actuator and opened it up. The antifreeze had run inside and it was full of corrosion.
I purchased a new one and while I was installing it I broke the blend door. I justed replaced the blend door and still no heat. I slaved in a temp control panel and still no heat. I pulled the actuator out and I can operate the blend door by hand and turn the heat on and off.
I am really tired of pulling my dash out. Anyone know what my next step is?
