Easiest way is to get it up on a lift and visually inspect them. Also, check the condition of the right engine mount cast aluminum bracket. To inspect the engine mount bracket, open the hood and locate the right engine mount cast bracket positioned above the accessory drive belt. Move aside any hoses or wiring that may cover the mount. If the aluminum cast bracket has broken or is loose, you have found your problem.

Thumping or knocking coming form front end on the Grand Caravans is usually caused by sway bar bushings and linkage problems. If you've changed all that, then it may not be a suspension noise. Have you had your motor mounts checked? I think that should be the next step.
