Without knowing how the installer put this alarm in, it would be impossible to tell you what went wrong. I suspect there is a short in the wiring somewhere that has blown a fuse. I would check the fuse box to see if any fuse is blown. Ultimately, whoever installed it should stand by his work and fix the problem. These aftermarket alarms always seem to cause problems which is why I tend to steer people away from them unless you know a good installer who stands by his work. Look for ones that specialize either in the make of your car or alarm installations. Call 2-3 of them and ask for a ballpark figure on the repair.
