1990 Ford Taurus radiator fan does not come on. Fan Motor works. Is there a fuse?

1990 Taurus Radiator Fan motor works when bench tested. Does not come on when engine is hot. Is there temperature switch or a fuse that controls the motor operation?

There's a fusible link I think, and a temperature switch. Maybe this diagram would help you?
