    Are the head gaskets and valve covers dry? Place some paper towels around each head/valve cover and run the engine for a bit to see. If the car overheated, the head gaskets will not fit properly if the heat caused the heads to warp. Also, did you replace the semi-circular plugs & rubber grommets? You need to do that anytime you replace the valve cover gaskets on these engines. Have you pulled the upper timing covers and seen what the gears and belt look like? OIl could be coming from this area as well. It could just be you have a camshaft seal leaking as these engines have that problem.
