1992 Volkswagen GTI 1.8 / new timimg belt installed / i cannot find correct timing marks, help

the timing belt broke while setting still. I replaced the belt and cannot find the timing marks or a manual to get directions from. can any one give me the correct location and settings of the valve pully to get my girl running again. 1992 vw gti 1.8

In Maintenance & Repair > Engine > No start
In Makes & Models > Volkswagen > GTI

my suggestion would be-go to advanced auto's website-they now have SERVICE-HOW TO manuals-on line!!
..register with them,and what kind of car you have,and for many things-i don't know for SURE they would cover the timing marks,but that sounds like a fairly common question,as you're supposed to change them every 50/60,000 or so...itd worth a try!!
