    If you have done a complete tuneup, have a compression test done. Check oil for milky content, same with tranny fluid. If there is a sweat smell from the exhaust that would indicate head gasket/ head problem. Or perhaps it is a dirty or clogged injector.

    with engine running, pull a spark plug off very carefully. see if engine rpm changes, because your only running on 7 cylinders now. if rpm changes that cylinder is working. put wire back and go to next and so on until all have been pulled. if any cylinder(s) fails to change engine rpm tell me.
