This could be tough. You may have to pull the instrument panel and start snooping around for some burnt area in the printed circuitry, a loose wire or connector, etc. If you aren't up to that, you should go to an electrical specialist, who has lots of experience (and the patience for) tracking down short circuits in automotive wiring. A new circuit board might be your only recourse but by all means have a look back there. If you can isolate various components, do that (by unplugging connectors or bulbs) and see if the fuse keeps blowing with certain things disconnected. This might help you narrow the search.
