1994 Chevy Astro Van. Antilock brake light on. Vehicle runs but it does not gear up. Speedometer not working, no AC

1994 astro van cheve, anti lock light is on ,vichele run but tranmision does not ship,speedometer does not work, no air con, power window does not work too

Check all your fuses and fusible links. One of them is bad.
More than likely a fusible link.
