    My public library offers the Auto Repair Reference Center online for free and it has wiring diagrams for the three engines offered for the '94 Ranger. So you may want to call and see if your library offers something similar.

    There are some more resources available in the Online Repair Manuals Guide, but the free sources generally don't have much in the way of wiring diagrams. Alldata may be your best bet.

    There is an inertia switch, inside under the passenger side on dash just to the right of the transmission hump, near where your feet would go, these supplies the power for the fuel pump and may just need reset or replaced, i have seen many on them go bad, if you reset it which is just pushing the button on it and still nothing check make sure you have power in and out of it..
