1994 Lexus LS 400 electrical problems. Help!

I have a 1994 LS 400 with only 80K miles. I recently had a new battery installed. When I left the shop the air bag light was on and the power door locks no longer work from my remote key. I tried a spare key when I got home. No luck. Is there a way to reset the air bag light? Also a dime fell into the never used cigarette lighter (had to plug in the Garmin GPS).

Both receptacles are now not working. I checked under the hood for an appropriate fuse and none were blown. Is there a reset for the cigarette lighter or are we talking more involved electrical issues or another fuse? Everything else is OK as far as lights and other accessories. Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer my request.

On some late model luxury vehicles; the computer has to be reprogrammed after the battery is disconnected. Take it back to the shop that replaced the battery and ask them to finish their work.
