1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo shows brake light failure on dashboard, but can't find it.

it shows on the dash board screen, Brake light failure, i noticed that when the light switch is on for all lights (front and back), the brake lights just stay on, and when the switchh is off, the brake lights work perfectly, any suggestions?
