1996 Jeep Cherokee. The tail lights will not come on. The brake, backup, signals all work. Fuses/bulbs replaced.

1996 Jeep Cherokee. The tail lights will not come on. The brake, backup, signals, other lights, all work. All Fuses and bulbs replaced. What could it be?

I am having the same problem on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have changed bulbs, fuses, checked wiring and also changed out the headlight switch and can not get the headlights to come on. Have you found out what is causing this?
