awh1	1997 Dodge minivan has water in blower motor, leaks on passenger side, hear water when fan turned on. Water must not be draining out where blower motor is. I can hear water when fan turned on, and water leaks from passenger side. Have had two new blower motors put in that were "ruined by water", and same problem has recurred. Is there a rubber drain that is clogged, or can be replaced??

Yes sounds like the drains for the fresh air vents, under the windshield wipers. Once those drains clog, you get a "fish tank" in there.

You'll either have to remove the cowl and unclog the drains or perhaps if you're lucky you can back-flush the drains from the fire wall if you can find the rubber outlet tube.

Not a big deal, really.
