If the blower fan works, there is no fuse related problem. First check to see if your coolant level is low. Do this when the engine is cold as you don’t want to take the radiator cap off when the engine is hot. The system is designed to reduce coolant flow to the heater core when coolant is low. If it has been more than 30K miles since you did it the last time, do a chemical flush of the radiator to clean the heater core of sludge and scaling. The heat and air conditioning ducts are controlled by vacuum motors. Check the vacuum supply hoses from the engine to the heater/air-conditioning controls for cracks or leaks at the connections. If your car is equipped with a heater control valve, make sure that it is operating properly. Good luck and let us know if you have any follow up questions
