1999 Pontiac Montana 3.4 litre[v6]

I've changed the radiator cap, thermostat, and fluids but still have no heat. Can anyone help?

Probably you are barking up the wrong tree here.

I would check for a malfunctioning heater valve, which may be actuated by a vacuum servo---so check for broken actuator or vacuum leak. Also check for the same situation on the vacuum actuated "blending door", which directs heat/AC to the proper place on your command.
