navytrained	2000 Dodge Grand Caravan signal indicator and power windows sometimes does not works. What could cause this problem? Sometimes turn signal does not work. Could turn car off and restart and signal works. Same issue with passenger side and rear power windows.

Just off the top of my head here but check that the fuse box under the hood has not corroded badly on the underside of it
