2000 Ford Ranger driver side headlight is dim and wiper will not work with headlight on? What's wrong? Thanks.

2000 Ford Ranger driverside headlight and directional is dim and rightside works okay and wiper will not work with headlight on not sure what to look for. Checked all grounds? Thanks

Edit Answer (for another 3 minutes)

Have you pulled off the connector to the headlight and checked for corrosion? Also check for corrorsion in the fuse box, on the battery ground cable and on the engine block ground strap.
