    I would first check the fan relay in the under hood fuse box. This may be what's clicking.

    I agree on the relay clicking. Check the fuse, check the status of the relay with a multimeter, then, if those are working properly, pull the connector to the fans and check for voltage (with the circuit engaged). If you have power there, the problem is somewhere in the fan(s). If no power, go the other way and check up the circuit. When diagnosing electrical problems, it is helpful to have a shop/repair manual that includes electrical diagrams (like Haynes, etc).
