2000 Ford Windstar door locks. Front locks work, rear don't.

Our Windstar driver and passenger door locks are not working...I can hear the (actuator?) clicking when I press the lock button, but no lock/unlock (well, maybe 1:100 tries). Side sliding door locks work just fine. If I take apart the doors, what am I looking for?

Probably a loose connector rod from the actuator to the lock itself. Some clip, clamp, etc that is loose or broken.

It's odd though that both sides are not working at the same time. Do you hear the actuator in both doors?
