2000 Isuzu Trooper 3.5. 300 miles on short block. Ran good until I pulled trailer 10 miles. Now knocks like bad lifters. They are new.

I bought 2000 trooper with rod hanging out of block. Bought rebuilt short block an used my old heads and installed new oil pump & timing belt. motor and car preformed great until I pulled my 2000# single axle trailer about 10 miles and knocking noise started. after reviewing answers for this type for noise I changed lifters on right side and changed belt tensioner still have noise. running motor at idle speed noise sounds like right side and sounds like hydraulic lifter that has collapsed but lifters are solid and have now been changed. Both cams have now been removed on rt. side and gear load springs checked reloaded and reinstall. still making noise. oil pressure at 80# idle at 40#. oil journal on intake cam on rt. side had plugged hold on back bearing that I missed on install but no change in noise. Anyone have advice before I start over?
