Sounds like a blown head gasket. You'll need to remove the heads and replace the gaskets. If the truck has overheated, the heads may also need to be machined.
To add....These are common for Intake Manifold Gaskets failures (leaks).Use a mirror and thoroughly check the area first before removing the heads,may not need to.Doc J
there is also a coolant pipe back there with a quick connect hook up that likes to leak on these engines
