2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Dash illumination out for fuel guage and top of speedometer. Fuse problem or lamp problem or ?

Took 2001 PT Cruiser in last week for ignition switch problem. A couple time when I went to start it, nothing would happen. There was no electrical at all, eg. remote lock/unlock wouldn't work either. But I could shake steering column and eventually get it to start. Replacing the ignition switch seems to have stopped that problem.

But the car was returned with some dash illumination not working. No illumination of the fuel gauge at the left. And the top of the speedometer is missing some illumination. Is this a fuse problem, or a lamp problem? Could it be related to having the new ignition switch installed? Thanks for your help and advice.
