    Your alternator is going bad and needs to be replaced. To confirm, you should go to your mechanic or local auto parts store and have them hook up an OBDII scanner to the car and check for any fault codes. Many auto parts stores like NAPA and AutoZone will do this for free and right on the spot.I suspect the ebrake light is on because of the low voltage condition, but check the brake fluid level just in case.
