    I'm guessing it has an 'auto up' function. If so, the window mechanism is sensing resistance, interpreting it as something blocking the window, and running the window back down. You might try seeing if pulling up on the window as it goes up helps (be careful). If it does, try lubricating the channel the window runs in. If this doesn't work, then the window regulator (the mechanism inside the door) might be binding. Find a good independent shop and they should be able to fix it.
