    Is it safe to assume that you have checked and/or replaced the fuse. My century book has fuse diagram in section 6 page 64. Looks like the fuse your looking for is #4 4th one
    down on the left side. This also controls the Hazard flashers, power mirror and door locks. So if any of these are working the fuse is OK and the problem may be in wiring or the motor itself. If you are knowledgeable about wiring and can determine wires directly before the motor you might be able to feed 12 volt directly to motor to see if it runs. Not a task for a novice rojeurdescar
