The engine block heater is an option on some trim packages, and is not available on others.
What trim package do you have?

Thanks for your reply. What is an easy way to determine what trim package I have?

I'm not sure why I asked about what trim package your vehicle is, because like I said it is an option, here is a site to find some info on your vehicle http://autos.aol.com/cars-compare?cur_page=details&v1=USB20POV091A0&v2=
USB20POV092A0&v3=USB20POV092B0&v4=USB20POV093B0

If your vehicle does have a heater, it should be located near the ECU ( the computer ).

Hi, most vehicles dont come with a block heater. The cold weather package is a option, if you bought the vehicle new just look on your sales slip. If you bought it used you will have to look under the hood. The cord is usualy bunches beside the battery or alont the rad support. If you still cant find it you could drive by your dealer and ask them to point it out for you.
Good luck.
