    yes, probably the ECM has failed

    The pcm is located, I believe, in a silver box in front of the driver on the firewall---however, although you may be able to replace it, you probably cannot re-program it, so this may be a dealer item, or a job for a shop familiar with re-programming Chrysler computers

    You can always try to erase the code and see if it comes back, but this is a fairlly common issue on cars like yours.
