2002 Mercury Mountaineer. Got rebuilt transmission, overdrive light and check transmission continue to turn on.

2002 Mercury Mountaineer, got rebuilt transmission and sensors fixed. Transmission and o.d. lights continue to turn on. Took it back they put it through the machine, nothing wrong. What could be wrong?

is the trans the original one out of truck,if so what was wrong with it,if it is not original one the problem was not inside trans,and are you getting any shifts that dont happen very common for this trans is the od servo bores in trans get oblonged from constant shifting the symptom would be no 2nd or 5th gear with codes p0752 and p0755 and shift solenoid a or b circiut error ,p0752 gear ratio in 2nd,p0755 gear ratio in 5th,another problem with these tranny's id the neutral safety switch,also in some cases the tcm goes bad if i were you take it to a good trans shop,i would recommend aamco transmission only because i have been working for one for about 16 years
