    Here are a few suggestions and questions:
    Is there any clicking sounds coming from the engine compartment when turning the key?
    You said battery has a full charge, did you test this with a meter and di you do a load test?
    I would check a couple of things after determining the bat is good:
    (A) starter connections and battery connections and all grounds
    (B) Starter relay (and it's connections)
    (C) Fusable links and fuses (I'm trying to find you a copy of the fuse box but am having no luck, you may have to get a repair manual and look it up, public library or buy one)
    (D) If the starter is making a clicking noise, take a wrench/screwdriver and tap the starter
    solenoid and its being cranked. Just a moderate tap (do not hit hard).
