2003 Honda Accord LX windshield wipers stopped working. Where's "relay" switch? Read to check before wiper motor.

I want to check the relay switch before I change the wiper motor. I checked the fuse already under the driver side area by the front hood release and it's fine. I do not want to pay someone $200-$300 to fix this when my dad is really good with vehicles. We just don't know where the relay switch is, if there is even one on this model. I had AutoZone looking the Haynes book and we couldn't find anything on it. I looked in the owners manual...nothing.

I checked all my sources and none of the relay box diagrams show this.

You'll have to go to the dealer's parts department. They should have a blow-up of the location on CD or microfiche.

The fuse by the way is a 30 amp # 11
