    Because of transmission problems in the 2002-2004 Odyssey, Honda used the fill hole plug to attach a cooler hose and other plumbing there. Instead of removing all that, there is an easier way. Drain the transmission and pour the new fluid through the dipstick tube. Go out and buy a flexible plastic tube that will fit over the top of the tube tightly. Take out the dipstick and insert the tube. Then place a small funnel in the other end of the plastic tube to add fluid. Check the level frequently and make sure you do not overfill the transmission
