2003 Jeep Liberty driver's side high beam does not work.
low beams are fine passenger side hi beam works, no juice going to left side on hi beam only, bought new bulbs and switched them drivers side hi beam still does not work, check voltage at socket, no voltage coming to socked on hi beam only drivers side. any suggestions?

I suspect it is just the bulb that needs replacing. If you have low beam you have electricity going to the bulb. Bulbs will burn out one element only and still work on low or high beam when they go bad.
