2003 Acura TL makes a grinding noise from the engine bay at 20mph and up.

The car is quiet below 20mph. Once it hits 20, the noise starts. The noise gets louder as you speed up. However, the noise levels off at about 50mph. At about 50mph, I put the trans. in Neutral, the noise is still there. While in Neutral, I rev the engine, the engine is very smooth and quiet. I also made U-turns in either direction in an empty lot. The front bearings are just fine. My car has 78,000 miles on it. The transmission was replaced under warranty at 49,500 miles. The replaced trans is a rebuilt and redesigned trans. The trans and the car is smooth and quiet. I stood on a sidewalk and have someone drove pass me at 24,35 and 55. The car sounded normal. You can only hear it from the inside.
