    First, check the fuses and relays for the power locks in the fuse boxes. There are two, one is under the drivers dash and one is under the hood on the same side as the battery. If all is OK there, then it is probably the actuator inside the door that is bad and needs replacement.

    The chance BOTH actuators would go out at same time is remote.
    Fuses were checked at dealer and were not blown.
    Anybody else have an idea?

    Odd that the same dealer that told you the fuses were good wasn't able to fix it! Perhaps a different dealer would be a better option?
