Code P1273 can come up for various reasons including if you have a bad rear O2 sensor. Is that the one that you changed recently? More likely, you just have a vacuum leak at the PCV valve so the first thing to do is check the PCV valve and the vacuum hose that connects to it. A cracked or disconnected hose will give this code and is the usual cause. You can fix this yourself easily and cheaply. The last thing to check is the air/fuel sensor for proper operation. Good luck!
