2004 Pontiac Sunfire. Driver's side low beam headlight doesn't work.

My low beam headlight on the driver side stopped working so I replaced the bulb which didn't work (the original bulb looked fine) I checked my fuses, they're all fine. when I didn't have my lights on the low beam that works flashes and the car clicks as if I have my turn signal on. What might the problem be?

The clicking either comes from a circuit breaker in the fuse box, that is being tripped by a short circuit in the wiring harness or an incorrect plug connection; or it comes from a defective daytime running light relay. Here's a link to a picture of the daytime runing light relay: http://198.208.187.182/internet/PartImag...

well the fuse in the fuse box is not broken, and I can find my relays but not one thats labeled for daytime running lights. Is it in the same area as the rest of the relays?
