    Well depends on your regional labor rate but you should figure about 13 to 15 hours for everything + whatever parts you'll need. So you're probably pushing $2000 or more on this. There are variables, such as whether you need a torque converter or not, or whether you have to overhaul the valve body or not, and if you want to do an engine crank seal while you're in there, etc. Get a couple of estimates and make sure you know they are going to do and/or not do for that estimate.
