The parts clerk at the dealership can tell you whether a freeze plug for the Hemi is the same part as for the 4.7 V-8 (or possibly for one of the other non-Hemi engines)..
For those situations where a freeze plug heater cannot be used, there are several different alternative heater designs. One is intended to be spliced into the lower radiator hose.
